Resource Futures' Education team has developed a wide range of resources for use with children and adults.

KS1 Literacy - 'Might Be Useful'

These resources, which are based on the specially written text ‘Might Be Useful’, were developed by experienced teachers to make it easy forKS1 teachers to incorporate the 3Rs (reduce, reuse, recycle) into their Literacy teaching. They have been tried and tested in 100s of schools. The pack also includes music activities that are easily implemented by non-specialists. 

 The teachers’ resource book and accompanying CD provide materials for more than 2 weeks of Literacy and music work.

Recycle It!

This entertaining and informative 7 minute film combines animation with live footage and is suitable for audiences from the age of 7 upwards.

See Dan, the Recycled Man, visiting a landfill site and exploring the environmental problems that rubbish causes. He then visits various recycling plants and examines ways in which we can use the valuable resources that are so often thrown away.
