In recognition of their hard work and commitment, three team members, here at Resource Futures, have recently been promoted. Congratulations go to Agnieszka Chruszcz, who has been made a Senior Consultant and to Coralline Guillon and Peter Wills, who are now Consultants.
The promotions come at a busy time as we continue in our role to develop the circular economy with regard to the expert collection, analysis and interpretation of materials data and the delivery of innovative behaviour change programmes.
Coralline will continue to manage canvassing, participation monitoring and waste analysis work, delivering projects for local authorities across the UK. In addition, she will supervise Resource Futures’ Environmental Management System, having recently completed our legislative compliance review in preparation for an ISO 14001 external audit.
"It's great to receive recognition for the work I have been delivering. Canvassing, participation monitoring and waste analysis offer important insights into improving the performance of resource management services, and I’m pleased to bring my expertise to these projects as well as contributing to the collective pool of talent at Resource Futures," said Coralline.
Agnes and Pete work together on primary data gathering, from design and development to delivery, with Agnes taking overall responsibility for the work stream. "I started at Resource Futures in October 2008 as a Junior Consultant so I have worked through the ranks,” she said. “I’ve had some fantastic opportunities and it’s great to be appreciated and see your efforts rewarded. I’m looking forward to developing our data gathering work stream, which is once again becoming an important focus for the industry given TEEP and the need to understand better material flows.”
"I’m looking forward to working towards more effective ways of managing resources,” added Pete. "And it’s always interesting to deliver bespoke projects that provide our clients with data and solutions that fit their needs whilst developing my own skills and knowledge of the sector."
Sam Reeve, Resource Futures’ Operations Director said: "We are delighted to have made these promotions from within. As an employee-owned business, we are focused on nurturing home-grown talent and I’d like to take this opportunity to congratulate Agnes, Coralline and Pete on their new roles."
