As Community RePaint’s Network Coordinator, Debbie provides operational and strategic support to existing RePaint schemes. A keen problem solver and analytical thinker, she is adept at identifying creative solutions. With a background in environmental biology and social anthropology, Debbie is enthusiastic about working with communities to improve their sustainability practices.


Debbie has over five years’ experience in account management, strategic communications, delivering and facilitating training, and stakeholder engagement. She also has experience working for marketing agencies managing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns for small- and large-scale businesses in the UK, Europe, and South Africa. Further experience in Higher Education includes overseeing inclusive policies and procedures, event management, report writing and programme management. Debbie is experienced with mentoring individuals and empowering them to achieve their goals.
