Julia joined Resource Futures in September 2022 as HR Assistant and supports the HR Manager with the full employment life cycle of the Resource Futures team. She loves to make a difference and help others which is why she chose to start a career in HR.
Expertise
Julia graduated from the University of West England with a Psychology degree and has a strong administrative background. In her spare time, she studies towards her CIPD HR qualifications.
Julia’s work involves:
- Supporting with recruitment and selection;
- Welcoming and onboarding new starters;
- Supporting with Learning and Development administration and event coordination; and
- Creating and maintaining HR records.
