We are an equal opportunities employer

We strive to create a working environment where everyone can make best use of their skills, free from discrimination or harassment. We celebrate difference and encourage everyone to join us in being themselves at work.

We pride ourselves on working flexibly to enable our people to take care of their mental health and maintain a good life-work balance. We are Disability Confident and a Living Wage employer, and our hiring decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and business needs.

We recruit and treat everyone with equality and respect regardless of age, disability, gender, gender reassignment, marital or partnership status, pregnancy or maternity, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.

In line with the expectations set out in our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policy, we place an obligation upon all of our people to respect and act in accordance with this statement.

Frequently asked questions

How do I complete an application?

We operate a blind recruitment process and ask applicants to complete two-part application form and an equal opportunities form. Hiring managers will only review the Part Two form when shortlisting candidates for interview, so we ask you not to include any personal details (such as name, gender, age, race, etc.) in this form.

You can complete the applications in Microsoft Word and send to HR@resourcefutures.co.uk. Please email HR if you have any questions, require any support with your application or if you would like to submit your application in a different format.

How long should I expect before I hear back about my application?

When you submit your application, you will receive an email confirming receipt and informing you when you will hear back from us following the shortlisting process. This usually happens in the same week that the vacancy closes and the date can also be found in the vacancy advert. HR will also let you know if shortlisting is delayed for any reason.

What should I expect if I am asked to interview?

HR will call you to invite you to interview. As a Disability Confident Employer, we are committed to equality, diversity and inclusion. Please let us know if you require any adjustments to help you perform at your best; we will then schedule an interview at least one week in advance to give you enough time to prepare. Following the interview, our HR team will contact you to give you feedback and inform you of the interview outcome.
