Carla has worked for the vinyl take-back scheme Recofloor since 2012. Her experience includes logistics and administration of waste collection schemes, project management, day-to-day operations, and internal budget management to ensure value for money and completion of targets. Carla works closely with Recofloor stakeholders to develop and deliver strategies that maintain the smooth functioning of the scheme and deliver effective communication campaigns.
