Caroline joined Resource Futures in 2022 and manages the full employment life cycle for all of the Resource Futures team. With over 15 years experience in human resources, Caroline’s love for what she does is fuelled by a desire to support her colleagues and help them be their professional best.
When not at work, Caroline is usually found out and about in Bristol on her bike (or car-clubbing for longer distances!), organising or stewarding the regular Playing Out sessions in her street, or trying desperately to improve her guitar playing!

Applying her extensive HR training, knowledge and experience, Caroline works closely with our directors and managers to attract and hire talented folk, providing successful systems and processes to retain them in jobs they love. She works hard, with compassion and integrity, to develop strong and trusted relationships, and enjoys the daily challenges the ever-changing world of HR brings.
