Charlie is Resource Futures’ Community Impact Lead. An experienced leader with a deep understanding of community impact in public, not for profit, and charity sectors, Charlie has a successful track record of building strong community networks and strategic partnerships.

Her commitment to community action is rooted in her firm belief that our communities hold the power and have the influence to effect real change for people and planet.

Expertise

Charlie has over 12 years experience working within local communities, developing community-led services. She is skilled in project set-up, building projects from the ground up, supporting people and groups to take action and make a difference in their communities. Establishing countless successful multi-year projects, Charlie is a systems thinker, accomplished in innovative service design.

With a background in fundraising, business development, and contract management – and considerable experience of collaboration and partnership within local authority, not for profit and private settings – Charlie is an effective communicator and team leader. She also has six years Directorship experience as both a Non-Executive board member and Executive Director.
