Maxine is the Project Officer for CAG Somerset. She has experience of working within communities through project management roles. She previously worked for Edventure Frome where she was the Taunton Project Lead and managed delivery and partner relationships on a variety of projects with communities and organisations across Somerset.
Maxine has experience in workshop development and facilitation and is particularly interested in supporting third sector organisations. She also worked in retail management and people development for a large UK retailer and has a passion for supporting individuals and colleagues to achieve.
Maxine is a solutions-focused thinker with a passion for climate and nature connection. She sits on the board of trustees for Neroche Woodlanders and has a key role in the business development and funding streams that supports the organisation to offer their wellbeing and woodland heritage work.
