Sara joined RF this year, with a degree in accounting and post graduate diplomas in social work and play therapy. New to HR, Sara brings over 30 years’ experience working with people.
She has been in paid work as a social worker, creative therapist and social prescriber; and volunteered with disabled adults, adults on remand or bail, young adults and children within (and excluded from) education, and asylum seekers.
Sara home educated her own children up to college/university age. She enjoys the challenge and variety in HR, and working to ensure everyone feels valued, supported and safe in their workplace.
Outside of work, you’ll find Sara crafting (textile and collage), Nordic walking or swimming outdoors, or trying to lift as much weight as she can!
