Joining Resource Futures in July 2024, Lauren works primarily in the Evidence team assisting in the delivery of waste composition analysis projects. She also provides support to other projects across Behaviour Change, Circular Economy and Waste Strategy workstreams as well.
Her previous academic achievements provide her with strong numerical and computational skills, having achieved a Masters in Chemistry from the University of Sussex with a multidisciplinary thesis focussing on both computational chemistry and green chemistry.
During her previous role as Workshop Manager whilst at Presca Sportswear, she expanded her knowledge of sustainability within the textiles industry. Her time here also gave her a solid understanding of the concepts of circular economy and extended producer responsibility.
