With more than 200 paint collection points across the UK and more than 5.4 million litres of paint reused and remanufactured since its inception more than 30 years ago, Community RePaint is the single largest contribution toward circularity in the paint industry.
Sponsored by Dulux and managed by Resource Futures, Community RePaint collects leftover and surplus reusable paint from individuals and businesses and redistributes it within communities to those in need.

It operates a diverse network of community-based reuse organisations, local authorities and waste management companies, as well as supporting two remanufacturers of leftover paint, which is resold under the ReColour label.
With an estimated 55 million litres of paint discarded annually in the UK, Community RePaint offers an effective solution to counter this wastage through reuse and remanufacture.

It also provides a social service, supporting low-income households by providing affordable paint options to anyone in the community, as well as work experience opportunities across several of its schemes.
In 2023, the Community RePaint network:
- Reached more than 380,000 people
- Distributed 369,807 litres of donated paint
- Expanded its range of (and sold 130,000 litres of) ReColour paint
- Provided 145 people with volunteer and work experience
- Employed 34 FTE members of staff across its schemes
- Added online sales ordering to its offering
- Added eight new collection points across the UK, including extending coverage to Northern Ireland for the first time
