Jude joined Resource Futures in 2023 as Community RePaint Network Coordinator, relocating from London where she built and managed a food waste project in London Borough of Merton.
In this role Jude supported existing Community RePaint Schemes across the UK and worked to grow the network by developing new schemes and increasing the volume of surplus paint donated and reused across the UK.
With experience working across the private, public and the third sector, along with setting up and running her own business for a number of years, Jude has a thorough understanding of the challenges and aspirations of a project and is excellent at finding creative solutions to intractable problems.
In August 2024 Jude moved into a new role as Project and Development Manager for Resource Futures.
Expertise
Jude entered the environmental sector in 2022 while working for a local environmental charity in London. Managing their food waste project, she built relationships with local businesses, charities, and the local authority, increasing eightfold the volume of food saved from waste.
From her project management experience from working on the London 2012 Olympics and her work in the public sector to setting up and running her own business, Jude brings a broad skill set to the table: project management, marketing, graphic design, database and website management, data analysis, operations, volunteer management and more.
