Four Resource Futures experts named in the 2025 Resource Hot 100

The publication of the 2025 Resource Hot 100 list – an annual industry poll celebrating individuals that are making a stand-out difference to the circular economy – has seen four of the Resource Futures team recognised for their influence in driving positive change in the sector.
After re-entering the list last year, Director Gwen Frost (#90) returns for a second year running, noted for her ’20 years of passion and enthusiasm’. She sits alongside Sophie Walker (#60) and Tom Passmore (#86) – co-founders of Dsposal – who are currently on secondment to Resource Futures.
They are also joined by Director Bethan Jones (#93), who makes the list for the first time for her efforts in ‘translating research into action to accelerate the circular economy’.
